Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your activewear purchase. If you have received the wrong size or a damaged item, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate this, please contact our customer service team at Theonixcollection@gmail.com. Returns and exchanges are subject to [return/exchange conditions, such as items being in their original packaging with tags attached]. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for eligible returns in the original form of payment. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Cancellation Policy: Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order, you can follow our return and exchange policy for any unwanted items.
