Refund policy

 

Return and Exchange Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your activewear purchase. If you have received the wrong size or a damaged item, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate this, please contact our customer service team at Theonixcollection@gmail.com. Returns and exchanges are subject to return/exchange conditions, such as items being in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Mystery Bundle Purchases: All Mystery Bundle purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit due to change of mind, style preference, colour preference, or sizing preference. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered if an item is received damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for eligible returns in the original form of payment. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Cancellation Policy: Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order, you can follow our return and exchange policy for any unwanted items. Mystery Bundle orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once placed unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
